1. Using this website

By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

2. Products

• All pieces are handmade, so there may be slight air bubbles, small marks and small differences in size, shape and finish. These are normal and not a defect.
• Photos are a guide. Colours can look different on different screens.
• Our kits are for creative use. They are not toys for babies or children under 3 and contain small parts. Adult supervision is recommended for children at all times.
• Paints, glue (Mod Podge) and sealer are for external use only and must not be swallowed. Keep them away from eyes and mouth and wash hands after use.
• Please follow the instructions in your kit.

3. Orders and personalisation

• An order is confirmed once we have received your full payment.
• We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we refund you.
• If you choose a name, age, language, theme or colours, please check them carefully. You are responsible for giving us the right details.

4. Prices and payment

• Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR).
• Prices can change at any time. The price at the time you place your order applies.
• You can pay by card through our Yoco payment link, or by EFT. Please use your order reference as the payment reference.
• We are not responsible for bank fees or delays with EFT payments.

5. Discount codes

Creator and promotional codes are only valid for the person, products and period we say, and cannot be combined unless we say so. We can cancel a code that is misused.

6. Our content

The text, photos, logo and designs on this website belong to Mould & Play Studio. Please do not copy or use them without our written permission.

7. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Mould & Play Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using this website or our products, and our liability for any claim is limited to the price you paid for the item concerned. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law does not allow us to limit, including liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by our negligence, or your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.

9. Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top of this page. By using the website after a change you accept the updated terms.
