1. What we collect
When you order we collect your name, phone number, email address, delivery details, what you ordered (including any name, age, theme or note you choose) and your payment method. If you apply to be a creator or stockist, we collect what you send us.
2. Why we use it
- To process, deliver and support your order.
- To contact you about your order, for example about collection or delivery.
- To keep records, as the law requires.
3. Who sees it
- Your order details are sent to us by email through an email form service (FormSubmit), which passes them on to our inbox.
- We share your name, contact and address details with the delivery service (such as PUDO or PostNet) only so they can deliver your parcel.
- Card payments are handled by Yoco. We do not see or store your card details.
- We do not sell your personal information.
4. Keeping it safe
We keep your information in our email and records and only for as long as we need it. No system is completely secure, but we take care with the information you give us.
5. Your rights
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. Contact us using the details below.
6. Cookies
This website does not use advertising trackers. Your cart is kept in your own browser so it is still there when you come back.
