1. Overview
Every Mould & Play Studio kit is handmade and carefully packed. Please read this policy so you know how delivery works.
2. Delivery options and prices
- Collect in Bloemfontein: free. We email you after you order to arrange a collection time.
- PUDO locker: R80. You collect from the PUDO locker you choose.
- PostNet to PostNet: R130. You collect from the PostNet store you choose.
- Door delivery: R200, delivered to your address in South Africa.
Shipping is a flat fee per order, not per item, so bigger orders make delivery better value. The fee is shown at checkout before you pay.
3. Delivery time
Orders take 7–14 days to reach you, so please order in time for birthdays and events. This is an estimate and not a guarantee. Delays can happen because of courier capacity, weather or other things outside our control.
4. Payment before dispatch
We start on your order once payment is received in full (card or EFT). For EFT, please use your order reference so we can match your payment.
5. Your delivery details
- Please make sure your address, PostNet store or PUDO locker is complete and correct. We cannot be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by wrong details.
- To change your details after ordering, contact us straight away. Changes are only possible before your order is dispatched.
6. Failed delivery
If a delivery fails or a parcel is not collected and comes back to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Extra shipping costs may apply.
7. Damaged or lost in transit
Plaster pieces are fragile. If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order reference and clear photos of the items and the packaging. We will help you lodge a claim with the delivery service and let you know how we can resolve it. If you think your parcel is lost, contact us and we will help you follow it up.
8. Where we deliver
We deliver within South Africa only.
